Debra Sue Foster Greenland
Debra Sue Foster Greenland "Cherished Mother" Our beloved wife, mother, sister
and grandmother, after a courageous battle with cancer, returned home to her
Heavenly Father January 18, 2005 in Salt Lake City, Utah and has been relieved
of her pain. She was born November 11, 1955 in Murray, Utah, daughter of
KennethWynne and Karen Eva Foster. Graduated from Kearns High School in 1974.
Married Dan L Greenland Jr., February 27, 1976 in the Salt Lake Temple. Her
life was spent faithfully serving the Lord in many positions and in serving
others. She enjoyed teaching children and had almost completed her teaching
degree. She loved having her family around her and was a loving wife and
mother who would do anything for her family. "Mom, we will miss your cheerful
smile, easy laugh and wonderful spirit". Survived by her husband, Dan;
children: Steven (Liza), Jessica (John), Curtis (Jennifer), Gregory, Jeffery
(currently serving in the Texas Dallas Mission), and Kimberly; two
grandchildren: Amber and Logan; parents; sisters and brothers: Christine,
Cathy, Kenneth, Sheldon and Andrea. Preceded in death by grandparents, Kenneth
Earl and Margaret Bernice Foster. A special thanks to the doctors and nurses
at the LDS Hospital and IHC Home Care for their loving service in time of
need. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 12:00 noon at the Taylorsville
23rd Ward, 4932 S. 3200 W. A viewing will be held Friday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal
Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Rd and Sat. at the church, 10:45-11:45 a.m.
prior to service. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
